Help Along the Way
Tanner Kleppe, DC
Tanner grew up in the Davenport area, graduating from Durant High School in 2016. He grew up loving to be active and was involved in both wrestling and football. This made it an easier decision to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic where he continued his athletics with Rugby.
Tanner graduated from Palmer Davenport in 2022 and after graduation worked for a non profit community clinic which fueled his drive in empowering the patient utilizing an active approach to care.
When not working you can find Tanner at the gym, enjoying local eats, or if it’s the fall, watching everything college football. Tanner also is known to still hop into the occasional Rugby game. He also loves spending time with his wife and being outdoors.

How Do
We Help?
Assessment
Our thorough assessment will help guide us to the cause of your pain and come up with solutions to get you back to doing what you love.
While there could be multiple solutions that are effective, we will identify the ones that fit you and your lifestyle best through our collaborative approach.
Treatment
We will begin treatment as soon as possible, providing you with education, new skills, and movement solutions to help you on your journey out of pain.
While treatment may look different for everyone, constant collaboration and a doing-this-together approach remain on the forefront of care.
Our Services
At Mississippi Valley Movement we strive to deliver care that is individualized to the person in front of us. Everyone has a different story and set of circumstances and we believe having an individual take an active approach in their care will serve them best. The only person living in your body is you and we want our care to reflect that. This means our care is focused on you and your unique set of goals and/or challenges. We are here to be a guide with recommendations on treatment options that help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Education
It is extremely helpful to be informed on the "why" of what we are doing and what you are dealing with. It is one of the most important tools of our trade and something we emphasize.
Chiropractic
As a chiropractor, SMT (the adjustment) and mobilizations are also a helpful tool in short term pain relief. SMT allows for an initial increase in movement, assisting in our active approach to care.
Soft Tissue Work
In the soft tissue world, we utilize a variety of techniques to suit your individual needs. Either done by hand or with the use of specialized tools as pictured to help reduce your pain.
Cupping
We utilize a variety of cupping techniques with a focus on those to help introduce or reintroduce movement. This helps to increase range of motion and reduce your pain experience.
